LARGE DINNER:

CATERING ORDER FORM

Simply select the items you'd like us to have ready for you on pickup day. All orders include reheating instructions.


Pickup is Wednesday, November 25th from 12pm - 6pm at Avenue795. Payment due upon pickup: we accept cash, credit/debit, and check. Pricing doesn't include tax.
